RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week every Monday at 10.00 A.M until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.8397 of 2016 dated 12.09.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.13053 of 2016 dated 11.08.2016 in Crime NO. 4 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate, (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the 1st Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
