Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks disposal of the petition mentioned representation.

4. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to pass final order on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
