Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i), 409, 420, 465, 468 and 487 IPC in Crime No.643 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused is running a textile shop at Srivilliputhur in the name and style of ALN Meenas and he had sold damaged sarees to the de facto complainant for Rs.630/-. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de facto complainant had issued a notice on 21.04.2015 for the alleged sale of the damaged sarees, for which, the petitioner sent a reply on 30.04.2015 and thereafter, the de facto complainant has filed a complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Virudhunagar in C.C.No.19 of 2015 and suppressing all these facts, the present complaint is given with an ulterior motive.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputtur, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
