ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341,323,324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.125 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner in drunken mood in the tasmac shop, abused the defacto complainant and attacked him bottle. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prayed for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter and there are five previous cases pending against the petitioner and he did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in other cases and opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.

against the petitioner and the did not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in other cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
