: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to set up the Godown (Nel Kolmudhal Nilayam) in S.Nos.11 or 105 instead of S.No.80 situated at Narikudi Village, Balakudi Post, Thiruvidai Maruthoor Taluk, Thanjavur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2021 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The grievance of the petitioner is that the proposed procurement centre shall not be established in S.No.80 situated at Narikudi Village, Balakudi Post, Thiruvidai Maruthoor Taluk, Thanjavur District 2.The learned counsel for the third respondent produced a communication dated 18.02.2021 stating that the proposed opening of the procurement centre at S.No.80, which has been objected to by the petitioner, was shelved and an alternative site has been identified and the procurement centre is functioning from 15.02.2021. 3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
