Writ Petition (MD) No.2161 of 2022 Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and the notice issued by the respondents to the petitioner on 07.02.2022 and the order dated 05.02.2022, imposing a fine of Rs.9,000/- on the said Jakkammal, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the representation dated 22.01.2022, of the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
