[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi , vide Judgment dated 21.01.2025 in S.C.No.181 of 2021, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.

2. This is the second application for suspension of sentence and the earlier application was dismissed on 17.12.2025

3. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
