ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed by directing the petitioner and the third respondent to approach the competent civil Court.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
