ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 23.02.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the 4th Addtional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirapalli vide the letter in D.No.1943,dated 20.10.2023,this Court made the following order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is evident from the records that this Court, vide order dated 23.02.2023, directed the learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of 1/3

the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2014 on or before 30.04.2023. At request of the learned Subordinate Judge, three months further time was granted on 14.06.2023. Now the learned IV Additional Subordinate Judge has submitted a requisition letter, dated 20.10.2023, through the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, stating that the case was pending for P.W.1 cross-examination and seeks six months further time to complete the trial.

3. Though this Court is not inclined to accept the reason assigned, the learned trial Judge is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
