ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.10.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for correcting the Field Map with regard to the subject property in line with the Partition Deed, dated 05.09.2011, registered as Document No.3999 of 2011.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has already issued notice to the parties and fixed the date of enquiry on 30.10.2023. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner and the third respondent can submit all the relevant documents before the second respondent and the representation made by the petitioner will be considered and orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete proceedings and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
