ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.02.2021 and to take action against his sister in accordance with law.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that there was a joint Patta issued in the name of the petitioner, his two sisters and his brother. However, one of the sisters had managed to get permission from the fifth respondent and started running poultry farm in the subject property under MGNREG Scheme. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation for taking action against his sister.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the poultry farm has already been closed long back.

4. In view of the above, the grievance expressed by the petitioner no longer survives. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
