ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the accused in Crime No.390 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985, on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.08.2015. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 20.08.2015 the respondent Police arrested the petitioner and seized 5 kgs of Ganja. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases of similar nature and he was also detained under Act 14 of 1982 and subsequently, it was revoked.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge / Presiding Officer Special Court for E.C. and NDPS Act cases, Pudukkottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Vedasanthur and report before the Vedasanthu Police Station twice a day at 10.00 am, and 5.00 pm until further orders.
