ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirengam, to dispose the O.S.No.956 of 2019 on the file of the same Court within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2019. For the past five years, there is no progress in the suit. The petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 82 years. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirengam, to dispose of the suit, by following the High Court's Circular in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics dated 11.08.2010.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
