ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Subordiante Judge, Ramanathapuram, to expedite the trial in O.S.No.139/2021 and counter claim to dispose the same within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2021. For the past three years, there is no progress in the suit. The petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 64 years. Therefore, the suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the Subordiante Judge, Ramanathapuram, to dispose of the suit, by following the High Court's Circular in R.O.C.No.3793A/2010/B5/Statistics dated 11.08.2010. 2/4

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
