ORDER

By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The petitioner seeks positive direction to the second respondent to issue transfer of patta based on the judgment and decree in O.S.No.1277/2012 dated 13.02.2020. The said relief cannot be granted to the petitioner. However, considering the fact that the petitioner has made an online application, for transfer of patta based on the said judgment and decree in his favour, on 17.10.2022 and has also followed up the same with the representation, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the said representation of the petitioner in furtherance of the application of transfer of patta. It is made clear that the interested person, in whose name patta currently stands, also be heard before any orders are passed by the first respondent. The said exercise shall be 2/4

completed within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
