This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners on the basis of the representation dated 21.04.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have married and their marriage was love marriage. The petitioners complain of harassment by the second respondent at the instance of the third respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioners nor intended to harass them.

5. The said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
