This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2019 and as per the letter in Na.Ka.No.1920/E/2018, dated 03.07.2018 issued by the second respondent.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the claim of the petitioner is considered and the respondents had paid the arrears of rent. After receipt of the same, the petitioner acknowledged through letter dated 08.06.2021 and she has also indicate to withdrawn the Writ Petition. The said submission is recorded.
