CRL MP(MD) No.1909 of 2023 This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20823 of 2022, dated 24.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20823 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
