ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side).

2. Initially, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre and the failure report dated 25.02.2015 has been received. This complaint has been filed pursuant to the complaint lodged by one Pandiammal Devi and a case in Crime No.479 of 2014 was registered by the Inspector of Police, Karupayurani Police Station, Madurai.

3. Today, on instructions from the respondent police, the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the case has been transferred from the file of Karuppayurani Police Station to the District Crime Branch, Madurai District and the Deputy Superintendent of Police is conducting investigation.

4. The said submission of the learned Government Advocate (crl. side) is recorded and this petition is closed with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application impleading the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Madurai, as a respondent in Crime No.479 of 2014.
