ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.101 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.

20(b)(ii)(C) and 29(1) (b) and 25 of NDPS Act and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police is conducted a raid along with his police party and a car bearing No.TN 28 AL 3348 was stopped by the respondent police and seized 19 bags of Ganja, each containing 20kgs.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is not present at the time of occurrence and there was no recovery from the petitioner. The case has been registered only to implicate him in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that already two anticipatory bail applications were filed by the petitioner and were dismissed and that the petitioner is having two previous cases of similar in nature in Crime Nos.370 of 2009 and 315 of 2012.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is having two previous cases of similar in nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
