ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2019 dated 21.03.2019 on the file of the third respondent police to some other impartial investigating agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner complains that even the FIR came to be registered after the present petition is filed the complaint was pending with the police for a few considerable time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the matter is very recent one, it is too premature for this Court to contemplate on transferring of the investigation. It is sufficient for this Court to direct the Deputy Superintendent of Police / second respondent to monitor the course of investigation.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
