Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No. 11877 of 2016 dated 18.07.2016 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of the petitioner not appeared either in person or by an Advocate and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent and the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.
2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once, i.e. On all Sundays at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and also as and when required.
