ORDER
The petitioner seeks protection to the petitioner's life, limb, liberty and right to property at the hands of the respondents 4 and 5.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased a certain residential property from the third respondent, in which her sons viz., the respondents 4 and 5 are residing.
4. If the petitioner continues to face any threat perception to his life, limb, liberty and right to property, he is required to prefer a compliant to the second respondent. If however any dispute as to the right to possession is there, he is directed to approach the civil Court for appropriate remedy. moves the concerned police seeking protection for life, limb, liberty and right to property, the concerned Police is required to take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to protect the life, limb, liberty and right to property of the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court does not order granting of police protection 24 x 7 and the second respondent is left to decide on the basis of the objective assessment of the threat perception of the petitioner from time to time.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
