ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2024 and to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry will be conducted by the 2nd respondent against the private parties. He prays time to conclude the investigation.

3. In view of the aforesaid undertaking, nothing survives for further adjudication. The respondent police is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.12.2024 and conduct enquiry against the counterpart and conclude the investigation within a period of three weeks, from the date of appearance of the parties. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
