ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to furnish the Inam Fair Register records of the years 1860 to 1870 with respect to the land property of the petitioner in S.F.Nos.60/1 and 60/3 in Alathur, Chettiapatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, admeasuring 22 Cents as per the representation sent by the petitioner to the respondent dated 02.01.2026. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2026 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the respondent within a time frame.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation 2/4

dated 02.01.2026 will be disposed of by the respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
