RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order extending the time having been granted by this Honourable Court for the appearance and subsequent surrender of them in pursuance of the order of this Honourable Court dated 05.01.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)NO.23804 of 2016 for another 15 days and pass any other order of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.This Court by order dated 05.01.2017 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners, directing them to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The order copy was made ready only on 20.01.2017 and the present petition is filed before this Court on 15.02.2017 and hence, there is a delay of 10 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the time

to comply with the conditions is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.300/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari. This petition is ordered accordingly.
