Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 342, 323 and 506 (i) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.15 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner had earlier filed a petition for anticipatory bail before this Court. It was dismissed on 22.01.2020. The dismissal was on account of the act attributed to the petitioner herein.
