JUDGMENT

****** Both the parties are present before this Court and filed a compromise memo dated 06.04.2018. The respondent had received the receipt of the cheque for a sum of Rs.70,000/- by way of a Cheque bearing No.129083 in favour of the respondent/complainant Mr.R.Malaiyappasamy, drawn on State Bank of India, TNPL Branch. The said compromise memo is recorded.

2.This Criminal Revision Petition is closed, in terms of the compromise memo filed by the parties. The compromise memo shall form part of the records.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
