Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.This Court by order dated 19.01.2017 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directing him to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The present petition is filed before this Court on 15.02.2017 with a delay of 12 days.

being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the time to comply with the conditions is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.300/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram District. This petition is ordered accordingly.
