To call for the records pertaining to the Judgment passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Palani, Dindigul District in CA No.83/2018 dated 28/3/2023 in confirming the Judgment and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Palani, Dindigul District in C.C.No.23 of 2011 dated 12.04.2018 and set aside the same and acquit the petitioner. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to exempt the surrender of the petitioner, pursuant to the judgment of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Palani, in C.A.No.83 of 2011 dated 28.03.2023, in confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, (Fast Track)Court, Palani, in C.C.No.23 of 2011, dated 12.04.2018 pending disposal of the main Criminal Revision Case.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as in the memorandum of grounds raised in this petition, this petition is allowed.
