This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Karur, to dispose of the O.S.No.84 of 2017 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit is filed in the year 2017. He wants a direction of this Court to dispose of the suit within the time to be fixed by this Court.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Karur, to dispose of the suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
