2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.Considering the limited scope of relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the respondent Corporation to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing to all shop holders. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
