RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 02.12.2016 in Crl.M..(MD)No.11956 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21203 of 2016 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police i.e., monthly once on first Sunday at 10.30 a.m. and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.148 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
