O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 20.10.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24216 of 2022, this contempt petition is filed. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the revenue officials and police officials were deployed for removal of the encroachment and the said encroachment has been removed. The PWD channel has now been restored and to that effect, written instructions are placed before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid statement as well as the said written instructions of the Tahsildar, Peraiyur, no further orders are required and there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.

4.In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If there is any encroachment in the aforesaid property, it is always open to the petitioner to approach this Court.
