This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for change of investigation in Crime No.16 of 2021 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the report received from the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.16 of 2021 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C.
