ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379 IPC in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.350 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.350 of 2017, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dindigul. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 05.03.2018. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition.
