Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R1 & R2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, notice to R3 is dispensed with.

W.P.(MD)No.2710 of 2021 2.The petitioner states that he obtained an order in his favour at the hands of the first respondent and that the second respondent must carry out the necessary mutation and also issue patta in compliance with the said order.

3.I wanted to know as to whether the said order has become final. The petitioner's counsel states that according to his instructions, the said order does not appear to have been challenged. Be that as it may, the second respondent will issue notice to the third respondent and other interested persons. If the second respondent is satisfied that the petition mentioned order passed by the first respondent has become final, the second respondent will take consequential steps without any delay. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
