ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to return the petitioner's deposit amount of Rs.10,00,000/- on the basis of his representation, dated 04.02.2021, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. During the course of the hearing, the original file was produced before this Court and it is seen from this file that the petitioner had concealed various facts that had taken place before filing of this Writ Petition. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel submitted that none of these facts were appraised to him at the time of drafting the affidavit. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
