This petition has been filed to the bail condition of directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further order as made in Crl.M.P.No.2011 of 2019 dated 09.04.2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in Crl.M.P.No.2011 of 2019 dated 09.04.2019, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District in Crl.M.P.No.2011 of 2019 dated 09.04.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.
