24082 of 2016 by a period of two weeks Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ARAVINTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.This Court by order dated 29.12.2016 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, this petition stands dismissed. It is seen that order copy was made ready on 06.02.2017 and the present petition is filed before this Court on 14.02.2017. Hence, the petition is filed in time.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, time is extended by 10 days for complying with the conditions imposed in the Crl.O.P., from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This petition is ordered accordingly.
