To Set aside the order dated 14/07/2022 in WP(MD)No.10399 of 2022 passed by this Honourable Court and render justice. Prayer in WP(MD). 10399/ 2022 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus and call for the records relating to the eviction order published through public notice dated 18.05.2022 passed by the 1st respondent published in the daily newspapers in Dinamani on 18.05.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue the lease of Shop No.124 up to the year 2025 by duly collecting the rent already fixed in accordance with law and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.P.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.SAKTHIKUMARAN,Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 106 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Mr. T. Sakthikumaran, learned counsel for the respondent / Caveator is on record.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, delay of 106 days in representing the above appeal, shall stand condoned subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) by the petitioners to the Madras High Court Madurai Bench Advocates Clerks Welfare Association, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition will stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
