ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.55 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner complains that her two sheeler-Scooty was stolen by an unknown accused. At the time, when the Scooty was stolen the name of the accused was not known, therefore, she laid complaint against unknown persons, based on which Crime No.55 of 2019 was registered. She submitted that even the FIR came to be registered based on a private complaint given by her before the Magistrate. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner knows with whom her vehicle now is.

4. Inasmuch as the case is a recent origin, the petitioner is now directed to share her information about the present custodian of her vehicle with the Assistant Superintendent of Police, Thackalay Division and the concerned Superintendent of Police is also directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to monitor the course of investigation.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
