ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct to transfer the investigation in Crime No.555 of 2021 pending on the file of 2nd respondent to the CBCID or any other investigation agency and file final report within the stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already FIR was registered as per the direction of Judicial Magistrate and investigation is still pending.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3422 of 2022 3.This case was filed for the offence of cheating. The amount involved in this case is Rupees Ten Lakhs. Hence, this case is transferred to the third respondent, ie., District Crime Branch, Tenkasi, for further investigation.
