ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2015 within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Reading of the B-Dairy extract shows that D.W.2 was examined in chief and later he failed to appear for subjecting himself to cross examination. Later his evidence was also closed and the case is posted for defence side witnesses. The suit is of the year 2015.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
