ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 420, 468, 120(B) IPC r/w 34 of IPC, in Crime No.47 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution that the accused have received Rs.3 Lakhs from the de-facto complainant on the assurance of getting job in the Government Hospital, Ayyampalayam, but they failed to keep their words, nor returned the amount.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The learned counsel further submitted that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner was working at Kattachinnanpatti-Reddiyar Chatiram Anganwadi Centre, which is proved from the report received under Right to Information Act. It is further submitted that the de-facto complainant has paid the entire amount to one Mohakaran,who is working in Secretariat, Chennai.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that this is a case of job racking and as per the FIR, the de-facto complainant Amsavalli pledged her 15 sovereigns of jewels for Rs.1,95,000/- and borrowed Rs.1,00,000/- from the third parties and paid the entire amount to the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
