ORDER
The present petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 82 of 2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before concerned Magistrate and the same is yet to be taken on file.
4. Inasmuch as the charge sheet has been filed, nothing survives in this petition for the present. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue such remedy as may be available to them under law before the concerned Magistrate, if there are grounds https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
available to them. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
