Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
