Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner states that even though he had presented the document for registration, it is yet to be registered. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, points out that the petitioner is only a power agent and that he should therefore produce the life certificate in respect of the principal and also the identity proof. Since the petitioner has not fulfilled those formalities, registration could not be done. 4.The petitioner's counsel states that he would approach the respondent with these documents.
