By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to direct the respondents to add relevant penal provisions in Crime No.1712 of 2020 of Lalgudi Police Station.

3.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.1712 of 2020 is already concluded and a referred charge sheet is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi. 4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Writ Petition is dismissed and the petitioner, if aggrieved by the referred charge sheet filed by the sixth respondent, can approach the concerned Magistrate Court and file a protest petition or a petition under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
