PRAYER :- For bail in Crime No.392 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.4 herein, who was arrested on 01.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 3(1), 4(1), 5(1) (a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.392 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case against the petitioner is that the petitioner indulged in immoral traffic offence. Hence, a case has been registered.
3.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is A4 in the case. The petitioner is working as servant maid in the apartment. At that time, the respondent police arrested her on the allegation that she has close nexus with other accused. Except the petitioner is employed in the said apartment, she did not commit any offence and prayed the petitioner to be released on bail. 4.On the side of the respondent, it is stated that co-accused in this case was released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.1442 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022.

CRL OP(MD). No.2253 of 2022 5.Considering the fact that the co-accused was released on bail and considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 03/02/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
